Absolutely fantastic service, very professional and caring throughout the whole process. Angela was fantastic from start to finish. My mum couldn't of had a better send off.
Cole’s have been outstanding organising my mothers funeral. The level of professionalism and expertise that was shown gave us great confidence and comfort as a family going through an extremely difficult time.The amount of detail that Cole’s helped us with to give our Mum a beautiful send off was fantastic, and we were so pleased how it went.Every request was completed promptly and with great confidence, which has made this incredibly hard process easier.The staff on reception have been friendly and the amount of care and time they gave to my Mum while she was there was very comforting.I would highly recommend Coles.

We recently received a very professional and courteous service from Coles funeral services. Clare, Angela, Steve and the other members worked tirelessly to prepare and arrange a funeral service at a very short notice for a youngster in our family, who passed away tragically. Their mannerism, loyalty, dedication throughout the day of the service was excellent and highly appreciated, and gave us the feeling that they were part of our family, and they too had lost someone they knew. What ever we requested on the day was agreed to without hesitation and didn't seem out of their way. A very professional firm that holds family values and consideration at heart.

I can't thank Angela and the team at Coles enough for the help and support they gave us to ensure the gent we supported had the best send off that we could give him. They totally understood that although we weren't family we loved him as if he was part of ours. Nothing was too much trouble, they even managed to get a Harley Davidson hearse for his final journey. The celebrant Lisa was fabulous she totally got what we wanted to achieve, a celebration of his life. All of the staff on the day were extremely professional and showed true compassion to all of us. Exceptional attention to detail, kindness, warmth whilst dealing with our mums cremation. Followed on with dealing from dads ashes after another provider. Honestly cannot fault their services and attitude. Highly recommended.

The service provided for our great aunts funeral was exceptional, from the initial meeting to the end of the service they were nothing but professional and understanding. The attention to detail was second to none. In the build up to the service they were always on hand to answer any questions or concerns and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We had many comments on how smooth and beautiful the service was, we can't thank Steven, Andrea and the whole Coles team enough for giving our great aunt the send off she deserved.
