Our Funeral Home in Birchgrove, Cardiff
Our Birchgrove funeral home opened in 2019 to help and support our North Cardiff Community by creating a unique funeral that perfectly captures the wishes and life of you or your loved one.
Working with families in Cardiff since we opened our first funeral home in the city in 2006, we were the first funeral directors in Wales to be recommended by the Good Funeral Guide. We are highly experienced in working with you to provide a bespoke service reflecting individual wishes. This includes everything from traditional religious ceremonies through to all types of humanist, celebration of life and direct cremation services. We also specialise in environmentally friendly eco and woodland funerals.
Our Birchgrove funeral home is also home to our special Bereavement Hub, through which we provide free support services to local people impacted by grief. Using the Hub’s activities, we try to open up sensitive conversations around death and dying to help people who are experiencing the loss of a loved one. We provide one-to-one counselling and a special education programme for younger people because we believe that talking matters.
Continually striving to raise the bar when it comes to customer service and best practice in the funeral industry, we are regulated by the National Association of Funeral Directors and rigorously follow its code of conduct. We also uphold the values of providing a fair and transparently priced funeral as signatories of the Fair Funeral Pledge.
