Voted for by our customers, followers and fans, we were delighted to receive the Business of the Year 2017 Award from Local Link – the local community magazine, business directory, and what’s on guide connecting the residents and businesses of Cardiff and Newport, South Wales.
The only business in Wales to have received the top accolade from The Good Funeral Guide – the report reads that Coles Funeral Directors is “one of the finest, most innovative and professional funeral directors” the independent funeral consumer advocacy organisation has ever seen…
Our very own Funeral Director James Rogers was a Good Funeral Awards 2017 Finalist in the category of Funeral Arranger of the Year. James has 15+ years’ experience in the funeral industry, and has been a Funeral Director for over a decade. He joined the Coles Funeral Directors team in 2015 and has become a firm favourite with our staff and customers alike thanks to his meticulous professionalism and his upbeat and friendly approach to his work.
As an independent funeral business, we put ourselves forward to be regulated by, and accredited members of SAIF (Society of Allied & Independent Funeral Directors).
In a relatively unregulated industry, we strive to lead the way in best practice and assure our customers that we are transparent and accountable in everything we do.
As an accredited National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) member, you can be sure that Coles Funeral Directors is committed to meeting your particular needs and to providing you with the very best quality of service. Whatever your circumstances, in your time of loss you can turn to us with confidence to arrange a funeral that will be a fitting farewell and the perfect reflection of the life of your loved one.
Coles Funeral Directors also provides tailored pre-planning and pre-paid funeral plans and has won Golden Charter’s Funeral Planner of the Year two-years running for its pre-need work. In addition to the award itself, a framed certificate and cash prize, the Woodland Trust has dedicated trees on behalf of Coles Funeral Directors, which was planted locally in recognition of the company’s achievement.
